 + -1 moreIt would appear that I have just concluded my first and last order with Anton's cleaner. On Saturday I dropped off 2 suits and a white cloak for cleaning at the Lexington location. I was told that it should all be ready for pickup on Monday at 5PM. After visits and calls, it is now Wednesday and the cloak has not yet been returned to me. I have also been told that they could not clean the cloak. The cloak is a "Dry Clean Only" item and no explanation was given for their inability to clean it nor the two-day delay. That cloak was supposed to be used in my cousin's wedding. This company is a disaster -- stay away. The young lady who was working in the store even used profanity in describing the people at the "main plant" when she got off the phone with them . Very Unprofessionel.

 + -1 moreBROUGHT IN COMFORTERS FOR CLEANING IN THE SPRING. ONE WAS DOWN, AND NEEDED SPECIAL HANDLING. WHILE I WAS CHECKING THEM ALL IN, THEY TOLD ME ABOUT THEIR FREE SUMMER STORAGE SERVICE. I ELECTED TO USE THAT, AND THEY STORED ALL MY COMFORTERS FOR ME AND FOUND THEM IMMEDIATELY WHEN I WANTED TO PICK THEM UP THIS FALL. I HAD CALLED AROUND A BIT, AND THEY HAD A VERY FAIR PRICE; MUCH BETTER THAN ONE OTHER PLACE AND COMPARABLE WITH SOME OTHERS. PLUS THEY ARE CONVENIENT FOR ME.
