He even was able to pull the serial number and give us a little more history about our piano. PS - Kirk can do an awesome rendition of "Clocks" by Coldplay.

Kirk was very responsive from my initial reachout, gave me several options for scheduling, and stuck to the quoted price. He showed up punctually and got right to work, giving me insight on the condition of the piano and tips to keep it in good shape. The perk? Kirk did a great job tuning our Mason grand! He is accommodating, and making an appointment with him was a breeze. We contacted him a few days before we had to host a recital and he was able make the trip the day after my call. His fee is reasonable and he was punctual and professional. Like a good doctor, he asked questions on the 'health' of our piano before working on it, and patiently answered all our questions. In the 12 years since we own this piano, he is the first tuner who volunteered to maintain the climate control system on our piano. I will certainly call Kirk again for our next tuning.

I picked Acoustic Piano Tuning based on recommendations on?Angie's List and location. ?Kirk showed up on time and did a great job tuning my piano which had not been tuned in many years. ?I plan to use him again in the future.

Kirk was a random choice from Angie's List, but I'd recommend him if you need piano work. He showed up on time and was efficient and effective. He did an excellent job and the piano sounds (and works!) great. There is some work to do later (key registration, action and such) and I'll have him back for that, too.

Kirk arrived punctually and worked on the piano for about 1 1/2 hours. He is clearly an expert and is a musician. He is very knowledgeable about pianos and provided some interesting information about this instrument.
