I hired Woodys for snow removal. Of course we have had no big storms since. But Woody would contact me on those pesky 1 to 3 inch snowstorm to see if I wanted his service. Very attentive.

He was 5 hrs. late, he had a bad attitude. He argued with my neighbor, the trees are on there land. They were so upset they told him to leave.

"Landscapers and tree professionals give a day and complete their work usually in a timely manor. The owner of the job got a stiff discount on removing what was touching his roof and house ( free) for any inconvenience. I tried my best to talk with the neighbor and her pitbull, but she was not listening I tried to provide her everything she wanted but nothing was enough then we both got difficult. I never in this business have had such an experience so Yes hes right the neighbor and I did get into it and I guess she couldn't have known I just got bad news that night. that was 60% her 40% me but I am the professional, so I deserve this rating."
