They use to be run by somebody that I knew and they were sold out. So last year I noticed that their service didn't seem to be as prompt and they weren't on time so I'm actually considering looking for somebody new this year. They left my room with the furnace covered in soot and stuff. So I probably didn't have the best experience after the fact. What apparently happened was the owner got very ill and he couldn't manage anymore.

They came to service the water heater, but it still leaked after the service. Then they fixed the leak but he said he might still have to adjust the pressure. Then I made an appoitnment to have the come adjust the pressure. I confirmed the day before that they would be there at 8am sharp, because I'd be coming in from out of town and had to work. They assured me they'd be there at 8. I waited in my car until they came at 10 am. They didn't bother to call and tell me they'd be late, and I couldn't get anyone to return my call for nearly 2 hours. They said the pressure was then fine; I just had a faulty valve.

HE DOES GOOD WORK AS FAR AS TECHNICAL SKILLS, BUT LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. HE WAS RUDE AND WOULD CUT YOU OFF WHEN SPEAKING TO HIM. HE LEFT SOME JUMPER CABLES CONNECTED TO THE FURNACE AND IT CAUSED THE FURNACE TO RUN CONTINUOUSLY AND WOULD NOT RESPOND TO THE THERMOSTAT. IT GOT UP TO 80 DEGREES BEFORE WE CALLED ANOTHER SERVICE CONTRACTOR.
