Spadafore Oil & Energy Co

Everyone was on time, I was informed of the work to be performed.  It was more of a challenger then originally thought, stayed to complete the job.

Was preparing my house for sale. On Thursday I had my furnace checked by another heating company and they gave me a clean bill of health. On Friday I signed the paperwork to sell my house. My first Open House was then scheduled for Sunday. Well, on Sunday, during the Open House, all potential buyers and my real estate agent smelled oil. The furnace was leaking oil. I made an and quot;emergencyand quot; phone call to Spadafore on Monday morning. Initially I was told it would be 2 weeks before they could send someone out. I told them my and quot;storyand quot; that the system was checked and then started leaking during the Open House. I then through another twist on them. I am out of town on a business trip and that they should coordinate with my real estate agent to access the house to do the repairs. They were sympathetic to my plight and coordinated with my agent and were there to fix the leak later that same day. This was professionalism above and beyond. I was very thankful and relieved that the leak was fixed and I could continue with selling my house. I can't thank them enough for their service. They even put down a substance that soaked up the oil and removed the oil smell.

They did a great job. It was a positive and very good experience. I would highly recommend them. They are pretty quick for service and are knowledgeable and professional. I do remember we thought they were kind of high priced for their service.

All the employees were very pleasing and always answered any questions I had. They always were reliable in any emergency I had at any situation.

Their oil delivery was always when they said they would be there (usually the next day after calling). Their answering service when the office is closed is able to take oil orders (Which was handy until I found the online ordering tool!)
They have an online ordering tool on the webpage which makes ordering oil that much easier off hours, when I can actually check my tank level.
The 2 times I had them come to clean the boiler they were quick to point out other services that needed to be done (bad pipes, etc) but didn't pressure me to have the work done then. Only wrote up an estimate and left it with me.
The only reason I stopped oil delivery with them was because I'm switching to NG. But even in the ending of my account with them they have been very nice and even did a smaller than the normal minimum delivery to get me past the spring months.

They are really good people to work with. They did a really excellent job on the installation. There is a lot of plumbing involved in the job they did and they did a really nice job. Their work is really good and they are really careful. It is a big job with a lot of mess associated, but they cleaned up after. They did a totally 100% professional job .
