The service had been recommended by a friend. They were good when they first started, but then I noticed that a few things were getting nicked and damaged. I was home on their last visit and saw the quick job they were doing in cleaning our bathroom and was not impressed. When I returned home that afternoon our vacuum had been left in our front hall and not put in the closet. That wasn't the problem. The machine was less than a year old, but it had paint all over it from hitting the wall and lots of scrapes. It explained the loss of paint on our stairway and in other areas of the house. I cancelled our service.

It started off fine, but each week their punctuality got worse. Given that my wife is a busy mom, this produced several schedule-rated issues for us. They never called to giver her a heads up about being late. Eventually, they just stopped showing up with no communication.
