Shawn was very prompt in returning my call and gave me a bid promptly. He was thorough in including everything he would do. The entire project was done within 2 1/2 days. He checked in the morning of both days, had two guys working on the family room the first day and one the second two. The work was done very well, with attention to making sure, that the connections between doors and rooms was well done. They removed and replaced the molding, toilet, doors, fridge, etc. They checked with us, if there were any questions about how to handle an issue. The guys were efficient and considerate, picking up their mess. They left some additional pieces of flooring, in case we needed them in the future. After the first day, when I saw how great the floor looked and wanted a paint job to go along with it, they were willing to switch gears to do that immediately. I ultimately decided we would do that ourselves, but was impressed with their flexibility. I would definitely call them again.
