Shamrock Movers of Boston

Service was scheduled over a month in advance. We received an e-mail and phone call saying that we were all set and that they would call us a day or two before the move. We did not get a call and when we tried to call we could not leave a message because the mailbox was full. They said to e-mail or text on the voice mail which we also did with no response. We rented a Uhaul truck and had it at the location at 11am and waited for them - they were to arrive at noon- they never showed up and never called. We were left without any movers and had to scramble to try to find someone to help at the last minute because the room in the apartment had to be emptied. We still have not heard from them. We understand that sometime things happen and if something did the least they could have done was to call us and let us know so that we were not stuck in Boston on a Friday with a Uhaul truck and no one to help. I would not recommend this company for moving - if you want reliable movers go with an established organization.
