They are fine. They have a descent price. I only do small things like oil changes. The only nice thing is that almost always like 90% of the time you can drive in and say hey, I need an oil change and they will tell you wait a few minutes and they will get you in or you come back within an hour. And if they say, come back in an hour, in an hour they will get you in. They are very good and serious they have to maintain a reputation so they are professional.

Vacuum Cleaners
We had paid extra for the maintenance plan. We took it to them in February and it was gone for almost 2 months. They changed the price and lost it. They canceled the thing midway. They cleaned it and were going to charge us for a cleaning. After I complained they said they guessed they would waive that too. We just bought it in September. The vacuum seems to work now. We will only use them if we have to because of the warranty.

They make recommendations and I can think about whether or not I want the actual work done, and I usually don’t. Their prices are reasonable and I can get it done the same day. Their waiting area is not that great, they don’t have comfortable chairs, but you could walk over to the mall, which is what I did yesterday. I have used their place in Auburn, I have gone there for quite a few things and I have been satisfied. I am happy with their services but I am careful about what their mechanics recommend because they make a lot of recommendations, that may not may not be needed. They try to sell extra products. The times I have gone there, they have been able to fix what I want, I can get it in and out within a reasonable period of time, and they apparently had to order parts last time.
