RICKY'S TOWING

Unfortunately, Ricky's Towing is the worst (most dishonest) towing facility I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Massachusetts department of telecommunications and energy transportation, mandates what tow companies can charge when they respond to a Police call for a stranded motorist. My daughter was fleeced by this company because she was un aware of these rates. When I called Ricky's in an effort to try and resolve the issue, I was met with contempt, verbal aggression, and dialogue that was perhaps taken from "The Jerry Springer Show". if that wasn't bad enough; I was ultimately hung up on. Upset and frustrated, I then discussed the matter with Lt. Kinney from the Leominster Police Department who shared my concern. Lt. Kinney was also very gracious and afforded me all the proper information and numbers in order to make a formal written complaint. Subsequently, a formal written complaint has been submitted to the offices of the Mass Attorney Generals office (Maura Healey) and the Massachusetts department of telecommunications and energy transportation. Each of the offices will conduct an investigation into this particular complaint. My advice to anybody reading this post is this: Be fully informed regarding the rates towing companies are allowed (by law) to charge.
