Excellent. PuroClean gave us a reasonable quote but more importantly, they gave us the confidence that they would do a thorough and professional job. In all, it took them about 4 days (we had a lot to clean up) with 2 trucks worth of materials to dump. They then removed all the wall board with mold, power cleaned everything, and sprayed to prevent further mold build up. Then they dried everything with a large number of blowers. The team was very professional, helpful and friendly. I would certainly recommend them to others.
Description of Work: We had a major flash flood with deep water throughout the basement, mud room, and garage. After the water was removed (by the local fire department), we had extensive damage and a build up on mold on some of the walls. We needed significant clean up, mold removal and water mitigation. We had 3 companies do an on-site inspection and 2 of them provided a quote, including PuroClean.

We are selling the house and mold was found in the basement and an upstairs closet. Puroclean examined the entire house including the attic. They found mold in a basement crawl space and two basements closets and a master bedroom closet. They removed the mold in all four places. They cut out the wall board. We were very happy because they did not break barnboard paneling in the basement while removing wall board on the other side. They were very particular and careful. The price was terrific. The real estate agent told us that it was a very good price. And they were terrific and cleaned up after.
Description of Work: They inspected the home including basement and attic. Mold was found in the basement and the bottom of a bedroom closet. They cut out the affected wall board. They used machines to clean the air while performing the mold remediation.
