5 Stars. Our garage door was nonresponsive to the controls. I described the problem to Jack over the phone. Jack said he would get someone out the same day, which he did. The serviceman quickly went to work and diagnosed the problem as a bad wiring connection created by the drywall installers driving a nail into the wiring. The serviceman rewired the connection and now the garage door works perfectly. Note: I previously called a different garage door repair company. That guy sprayed some WD-40 on the pulling mechanism, said the problem was caused by cold weather and suggested we install a totally new garage door. Be careful.
