What I liked about Jay was that he always responded to our calls and texts immediately. He did repair of clapboards and painting on our 40 year old home. It was a big job but his quote was very fair. The job was started late October but he managed to finish before the real cold set in. He aims to please in all ways. We were very happy with the results. And highly recommend JMP Construction.

Not a lot of folks do slate, but these guys are pros.

Jason called immediately after I submitted my request on Home Advisor. He advised that he could come over that afternoon and look at the job. I needed some sheathing replaced due to poor flashing and a number of corner trim pieces replaced due to rot. He gave me a great estimate and completed the job within a few days - including the painting! I would absolutely use JMP again and refer them to others!

Jason called very quickly after I submitted my request on Home Advisor and was at my house within the hour to look at the job. I had flashing which had not been done properly when my roof was installed several years ago. I had a written estimate within 48 hours and the work was done a few days later. Jason and his helper completed the work within one day. They installed new flashing and replaced vent boots that the original contractor had done improperly. The work site was cleaned up and all trash taken away.

I was contacted within 5 minutes of hitting the SUBMIT button on HomeAdvisor. Jay said he's be there in an hour - he actually showed up within 35 minutes. The crew got right to work and cleaned up as well. They did a fabulous job and put my mind at ease about the project. Thanks!!

Prompt response to our request for a roof repair under cold winter conditions.

Jason is one in a million: He came, provided a thorough estimate, and did the job exactly as he promised. There were no surprises, and the work was done on time. He had excellent communication throughout (even sent pictures of the roof as it was being repaired to show key items). He was extremely responsive to all of our concerns, and very helpful in every way. The job was done well, and the cleanup was excellent. In a world where it's hard to find good customer service and good workmanship, Jason and his crew are one in a million. I would definitely recommend him.

Jason painted sections of my home. He was prompt, neat (used drop cloths), and thorough. He completed the job in the estimated time and cleaned up the job site. I especially liked the fact that his quote included all materials and labor. My house looks outstanding. I would definitely use his services again.

Jason arrived when he said, did a great job with a high roof needing to be striped, with many difficult peaks and valleys and a chimney that needed to be cleaned from decades of tar and releaded. Roof looks great! Jason's price was comparable to another professional but I chose Jason because of how he presented himself, explained things before I even asked the question, and frankly this gave him extra credibility right away. A roof is an expensive job, so I am not happy I had to spend the money but I am delighted with the work done and I wholeheartedly recommend Jason and will call him for all my roofing and construction needs in the futur

Jason was very effecient. Starting in winter wouldn't have been my choice, but he said he could handle it. Still not positive about that. If Jason is going to do your roof make sure he cleans your attic. Mine was a disaster. I'm disabled and haven't been able to clean it yet. Left a tarp here also.

Jason and his colleague did the job they were hired to do, ontime and on budget and Jason was personable and seemed to know his business. My only disappointment is the price. I agreed to it because I needed the job done quickly and didn't have time to shop around too much. Nevertheless, it irks me to paywhat amounted to more than $100/manhour for repair work.
