JOB 1: DAN ARRIVED, POLITE & PROFESSIONAL. ASSESSED SITUATION, WASHED COIL, FLUSHED DRAIN, CHARGED UNIT. REMOVED DEAD MICE FROM THE BOTTOM OF ONE UNIT (ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY, IN MY OPINION). HE WAS HELPFUL IN PROVIDING INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTION REGARDING CARE AND MAINTENANCE. HOUSE COOLED EVENLY THROUGHOUT AFTER UNIT SERVICED! JOB 2: SCOTT ARRIVED. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL. ASSESSED SITUATION. ENSURED HEAT TO HOUSE. REPLACED BURST PIPE. VERY POLITE & NEAT. ASSESSED BURNER. PROVIDED INFORMATION REGARDING WHY FURNANCE WASN'T WORKING. INITIATED WORK ORDER TO GET THE WORK STARTED. VERY COLD TIME OF YEAR. COMPANY WAS VERY BUSY AND YET REMAINED EASY TO WORK WITH AND PLANNED FOLLOW-UP VISIT.
