It seems to be taking a long time with the system they set up for us. They were dilligent in their work. It took them a long time to do it. It seemed to be on the expensive side to me.

Excellent service. Best investment of money into our home. A life saver. No worries about water in the basement going into the future.
We schedule an appointment for our yearly inspection to keep the contract concurrent.

From what I can gather the installer did not inform the company that he did the work because when I needed assistance a year later about flooding where the sump pump empties, I did not get a call back. When I did finally get in touch with someone they were not able to locate my records in their files. It seems as if there is a lot of funny business going on with this company.

When I started asking for details, they started blowing me off. I asked for a different salesperson, that would understand my need for details.. I was directed to the Sales Manager. They didn't return my calls or I would get blown off. Their communication between departments is horrendous. I told them I wanted to postpone till the Spring. They started to be rude to me, and have caused me to not want to do this at all. When I told them I was canceling the whole thing, the sales manager made me go through an exit interview to get my deposit back. It took them seven weeks and nine phone calls before I could get my money back. It was horrible. So many red flags!!! They offered no warranties on their service and their literature had no details.

1. cost was high, in retrospect I should have gotten other bids first |2. high pressure to sign contract on the spot |3. they drilled into a waste drainage pipe from our bathroom without sealing it, and the next morning we had waste draining into our garage.  They responded quickly but did a shoddy job in fixing the issue. I had plumbers on hand for another job who ended up fixing the issue. |4 I felt that they made my house issues larger than they really are/were in order to get me to sign the contract |they were very nice but it was all about the sale. I will not recommend them.

The guy that did the job was very helpful and very dedicated to doing a good job. The communication could have been better between the salesman that originally came out and the guy who came to do the work because he didn't have all the information he needed. Ultimately he got the correct information and he was very motivated to making it all a good outcome. The work looks very good.

It was a great experience. The workmen were polite and courteous. The bill was exactly what the estimate was.
