My mother contracted with you in May of 2017 to have her driveway repaved. You never once contacted her to inform her when the job was scheduled to be completed. She phoned your company on numerous occasions in September and October to find out the status and NEVER received a response from you! A simple phone call and an explanation would have been the least you could have provided. Instead you ignored her for almost seven months. It was not until I stated that we would take you to small claims court (on 11/27/17) that you finally sent a feeble apology in an email saying her deposit was being refunded. NO EXPLANATION AS TO WHY THE SERVICE WAS NOT COMPLETED. She signed a contract with you to have a job done THIS YEAR. You had an obligation to complete that job. And if you overextended yourself, that was your problem. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable

It was not until I threatened (in voicemail and email messages) to take them to small claims court (on 11/27/17) that they finally sent a feeble apology in an email saying her deposit was being refunded. NO EXPLANATION WAS EVER PROVIDED AS TO WHY THE SERVICE WAS NOT COMPLETED. She signed a contract with them to have a job done THIS YEAR. They had an obligation to complete that job. They are unprofessional and unreliable. Basically, they took a $1,300.00 loan from my mother for seven months! UNBELIEVABLE.

When we first asked him to do the job, he was not sure he could get it in this year. But he did call and got it done. The weather was already problematic so he had to skip around a bit.
But he did just what the contract called for and the price was very reasonable.

My driveway which is long and includes a circle for turn around, looks beautiful, and it has totally improved the look of the property setting off my gardens beautifully. I was in a time crunch to get this work done because I was having a triple graduation party and people were coming from far and wide. I was so pleased that it was done with a few days to spare. I highly recommend Tri-town paving .
