They came out the same day that I called them and though both of the people were courteous, their visit was brief and the vehicle they came in had no signage on it so I originally wondered if I had made the right choice. One more visit to check measurements and model numbers was made and I was told they would have the glass in 7 to 10 days. Well they did get back to me within that time frame and an appointment was made at my convenience. The two men arrived right on time and spent a few hours doing an absolutely beautiful job of replacing the glass. When done, they made sure the windows were clean, the screens back in and any residue that came off the windows when removing them had been cleaned up around the windows and floors. I would highly recommend this company to anyone out there needing replacement glass. The lead repair man, Brian, really knew his window makes and models which was so important with the older skylights we have. Thank you Tri-State!

"I see by your address you are in Florida, was your job a local job to us in Massachusetts? Unfortunately, I was unable to find the paperwork for your job if it was so I could see the work that was done."

Good price, great responsivemenss and delivered when they said they would deliver.  Professional and nice people - good quality and they are still being used.  Much better than the plexiglass we had before!

Very well.
We love the new glass, my husband said he could not tell if it was in or
not, it was so clear.
Your crew was wonderful, polite, quiet, & neat!
We will be having them back in the Spring of 2014 to do 2 more windows,
and all 8 cranks.
Originally we were thinking of replacing our house windows entirely.
Read about this company and their ability to replace just the glass and cranks
if the wood framing was still fine, which it is, this is wonderful, saved us hundreds
of dollars!

The people at Tri-State were very responsive.  They came right away to look at the job and gave me an estimate the same day.  The glass was ordered and arrived very quickly.  I had to ask them to hold it for a few weeks while a construction effort in the same area was being finished.  They gladly held the glass and then delivered and installed it at my convenience.
During the installation they discovered some rotting wood and were prepared to fix it on the spot so the install was not delayed.  Their work was clean thorough.
All my interactions with Victoria, Linus and Brian were pleasant and professional.  I would highly recommend this vendor.

This was last fall, probably October.  It cost about 350 dollars.  They came out and assessed the work promptly and the next day they replaced the broken glass on my porch.  It could have been a botched job, but it was done very well.  I was very happy with the service I received from them.

I needed a thermal window glass replacement. It was a Certainteed window which was installed in 2005. After a run-around with Certainteed over a replacement; I called Lawrence Plate & Window Glass. They told me their services did not include low E glass argon filled thermal window repair. They recommended Tri-State. I decided to look on Angies List. I found Tri-State, but there were no reports. I called them and the told me they could replace it by Noon Saturday if I got it to them first thing Saturday morning. They had no idea they were listed on Angies List. They told me the repair cost and explained the low e glass is more expensive. They quoted about $70. I left the sash Friday before they closed and was called at 11:15 on Saturday with the news that the job was completed. The glass has dividers inside and unfortunately the people performing the B&E on my home had broken it. When I dropped of the sash they told me they make those and would replace that also. The job came out very well and I would highly recommend them for there service, professionalism and quality. The final cost was $70. Best of all, the window fit like a charm.
