I was contacted within 30 minutes from the time I put in my request from a quote to have the asbestos removed from my heating pipes. Mauricio Ferreira was very helpful when it came to what the work would be, how long it would take and the price was very reasonable. He had a crew setup the barrier in and around my basement and clean room for the debris that would be taken away. He explained the process of the work and if I called or texted him with a question he would respond within a good amount of time. After the work was complete I was amazed at the results and no residue was found. Air quality check found no asbestos in the air. If you need any hazardous materials removed from your older home, then I would recommend Mauricio of Infinity Abatement Services.

They were very easy to work with; gave accurate information and estimates regarding costs and time for the job. And they did a good job. They were late arriving for the job and did not apologize. But they were early for the estimate. I would recommend them overall.

Hired this company. Upon arriving on the day of scheduled abatement, they promptly raised the price that was on the signed quote. I asked the owner to come out to the house before the scheduled abatement to see the length of pipe himself but he declined twice. Then they forgot to remove one pipe and had to come back a second day. It was nearly impossible to get a hold of the air quality results by the contracted testing company (K Consulting).

They were responsive at quoting. Pulled the permits proactively so they could remove and test asbestos the day after we closed on the house. The work was exceptional, the workers polite and friendly. They also had the lowest bid of 3. I highly recommend them.

Infinity did a great job. They were prompt, thorough, and very polite and nice to work with. The folks in the office were pleasant and, maybe it's just me, but the fact that they cashed my check next day was a nice surprise (I hate when checks are hanging out there uncashed).
