Roofing
Extremely poor or no communication after first payment and when communication occurred we wasted more than 68 hours of our time waiting for occurrences that never happened - such as delivery of materials, start time, etc. Plastic or vinyl drip edges installed instead of metal called for. Shrubs and landscaping not protected - still removing old tiles from bushes. some debris still blowing off roof. Only good thing so far is there is no apparent leaking from the roof. But haven't checked it completely.

Before we signed the contract Ryan Roofing gained our confidence with their experience and claims they were no "Peter pick-up". Also when it came time for the work to be done, they forgot an oral agreement to install a new dormer, raised a quoted price for skylight installation and subcontracted to a "Peter pick-up" company! Now our roof looks shabby in several places and leaks at the chimney. Had we gone directly to the sub-contractor we would have paid half as much. We paid a premium for an illusion of experience and dependability. Don't make the same mistake!
