They were great.

Thier sales representative Patrick was excellent! He was very good with answering my questions, following up, and also with ensuring my concerns were addressed. It is too bad the office is not as organized as Patrick. They are ok. Nothing was seriously damaged. We had carefully told them up front that the big moving van would not fit up our street. We told them they would need a smaller van to transfer and shuttle the belongings to my house. However, the driver was not informed. They had to rent a smaller truck last minute and it showed they were not that organized. When they did the unloading it was fine. They did put down blankets and took precautions. However, they did put a big box in my new neighbor's dumpster across the street. I found this out because my neighbor came and told me and this is not how you would want to meet your new neighbor. The transporting of our car went perfect.

We couldn't have been happier with our move. The weather was absolutely awful - cold and rainy but the driver and his crew made the best of it and managed to complete the move in less time than originally expected. We particularly appreciated the attention to detail and the precautions they took such as wrapping pads around staircase banister to prevent scratching and maneuvering a big heavy desk through a narrow hallway without issue. No complaints. Very satisfied. We'll definitely recommend this company to friends and family planning to relocate.

These folks were wonderful. From the estimator who came through and documented what we had in order to price out the job to the customer service rep who followed up through the planning stages, the actual move and even a follow up call to ask how it all went, to the guys who packed, moved and drove the 400 miles up from Maryland. Nothing damaged, nothing broken. The fellas worked through 104 degree heat and were cheerful the whole time! When I changed my mind about where to put something they invariably said, "No problem, just let us know what you want."
I'm sorry I can't speak to the price of the job. The employer covered it and I didn't look at that bit of paperwork. If it comes out higher than the allotted amount, I'll let you know!

Overall it was a good experience..however it took them 2 days to load the truck. They were short a guy and the driver had a sprained ankle. Although they did a great job it took way longer than it should have. I told them 5 times that my husbands 52" plasma screen tv was very important to us. When they showed up they did not have the correct box. I asked if they could crate it and they said it was not necessary. That was very frustrating to me! My husbands Acura was to be on the truck as well and the day it came for it to be loaded they all of a sudden they said they did not have the room to get it loaded that. They drove it back to their store and I believe they used my husbands car as their personal transportation.
