Mechanical Maintenance & Repair

Back in September, at the end of the summer, one day our air conditioning was just blowing hot air. We found Ron of MMR and had him come check it out. He was very prompt with our call and coming out. He figured out the problem (needed a new condenser) and gave us a quote of over $2k to fix it. Seeing as how it was the end of the summer at the time, we thanked him and paid him for his visit, but opted to hold off until the following summer to repair it, since it was a costly repair.
As it started warming up this summer, we gave him a call back and he came out on a Saturday morning to recheck our system and gave us an updated quote (I wanted him to also clean out our furnace as it hadn't been in a while). About a week later, he was back promptly at 9am (exactly the time he said he would arrive) and finished the work within a few hours. He had originally estimated about a half day, so he finished quicker than he anticipated. 
A/C has been working beautifully since he fixed it.
Ron was an incredibly nice guy and a total professional. I was also inquiring about turning our system into a dual zone system and he was giving me lots of advice on the subject. I would absolutely call Ron again... and down the road, when I've saved up for the dual zone system, I will definitely call Ron back to do that work.
