M & T FLOOR SANDERS

We recently bought a new home in Cambridge. Since we're new in town we searched the internet and found a couple listings. Came upon M&T's ad very descriptive and also had pics of old projects they had done. Called to setup and estimate and the young fellow was actually there before I got there. I didn't know much about hardwood floors so he gave me many suggestion from cheapest to pricey ideas. Came up with the right price for my budget and the crew started the work. They were always on time respectful to me and the neighbors. Tearing up the old floors took them 2 days and they took all the old flooring to their own dump. They even had a guy outside sweeping up nails from the old floor that would drop when carrying it to the truck. First day of installing they laid down the new sub floors with 3/4in plywood throughout. For the next 2 days they started on the installation of the new hardwood and stairs. On the 4th days some of the guys started the sanding while some finished up the installation in kitchen. By the end of the 4th days everything was sealed. They came back the next 3 days to put down the 3 coats of highgloss since it take 24hrs in between coats. I wasn't around much for the project since I was traveling for work so I trusted M&T to finish the work as planned. Quan from M&T actually kept me informed about the work through emails. Got back in town just as the guys were finishing the last coat I was stunned and amazed at the work. Dust was expected but they cleaned pretty well. Over all i was very happy with the quality of work.

This company left a few tiny marks around the edges of my walls with their machines. I told them and they fixed it right away. They do very neat work and I would use them again. They are very easy to communicate with and give instructions to.

THEY WERE WONDERFUL! THEY DID A PRETTY GOOD JOB OF CLEANING UP THE FLOORS OF SAWDUST AFTERWARDS (THE WHOLE HOUSE, 6 ROOMS AND 2 HALLWAYS, ONLY TOOK 3 DAYS), AND EVERYONE HAS COMMENTED THAT MY FLOORS ARE BEAUTIFUL! REASONABLE PRICE, TOO- $1 PER SQUARE FOOT.
