This is a universal problem with the plumbers. The initial show of responsiveness is great but then the subsequent responsiveness is lacking. I think that they over schedule jobs and so they have difficulty in following through. Also, they are not good with proactive communication and they're just expensive. They don't even explain the reasons for the charges.

It went amazing. He even ordered and delivered the tub I wanted because I did not have time to do it. He came and did all the work in 5 hours.
