Jackson Kitchen installed a new countertop on 11/7/2012. I was just finished renovating my property after working in it for 3 months..  The last item was the countertop. Jackson Kitchen  hired a subcontractor install the countertop which I was unaware of.   Three days later my home was flooded because the installer did not cap off the kitchen pipes.  The interior of my home was totaled.  I never received a phone call from Jackson Kitchen apologizing for the work performed in my home.  My insurance company would not cover the total amount of the countertop.  I called Jackson Kitchen and talked to the manager and the owner who stated "that isn't there problem it is a the responsibility for the insurance company to cover the full cost of the countertop.  Now, I am forced to bring Jackson kitchen to small claims court to recover the money I spent on a countertop.
