they were contracted to install security systems in my business,.we went to them because they spoke spanish and we felt the transition of information was simple to they owner of business,. since day one we have had lack of understanding and clarity of use of such systems. they never provided hard copies of program incase of virus of system crashed they are bootlegging the program they carry around. they also are impossible to get a hold of if you go to their website there is no address ,, who are they people , i am upset because after having spent more than five thousand dollars they refuse to come service the installation of cameras they worked on., they computers and equiptment are archaic and we have since found out that we have overpaid and the wiring they used was not the appropriate for the system we need ,. they have changed their telephone number and do not respond to emails, phone calls for support now i am stuck with the decision to purchase a new systerm because the one i have is on the fritz and they have irresponsibly avoided my efforts to get help. please think twiice befor contacting them ask them for refernence and if you care about the three five thousand systems they installed for two liquorstores in lawrence,,, buyer beware
