They were very responsive to my needs. They were professional in showing up on time for the work. They did the job and stuck to the estimate that they original gave me. I like that they provided me with before and after pictures of the roof because I'm not climbing up there to look at it. We just finished our business this afternoon and they did a good job. The owner is licensed and bonded and all that good stuff. Before he did any work he inspected the roof and certified it. He showed me where I would experience problems in the future. He gave me the option to repair the roof temporarily right now or replace the whole roof. There's no hanky panky or baby switching with them they just were straightforward in telling me like it is. I felt like the price was in line and fair. They did good quality work. They were very responsive. They always return my phone calls in a prompt manner. The timeline that they initially set out was pretty much followed.
