+ 6 moreFrank and his crew did a spectacular job at our house in Melrose, a major basement to attic renovation, and we couldn't be happier. He is honest and professional, often giving practical or creative suggestions as the project progressed. You could tell he put a lot of thought into our renovation every step of the way, and his tremendous pride in having an outstanding finished project really showed. I've since called Frank for many smaller jobs and have always been pleased; would highly recommend him to anyone.

+ -1 moreOur experience was very positive. Frank was very responsive to our inquiry. He was on schedule, on budget, and worked responsibly and meticulously. We live in a large condominium building, where all activities by contractors are ordinarily suspect. Frank proved to be a very responsible contractor; he respected the Association's rules and policies, cleaned-up each day, was respectful of all common areas, and supplied us with the necessary evidence of insurance. We are extremely satisfied customers and would enthusiastically recommend Construction by Silva and Frank Silva.
Description of Work: Frank and crew of two additional men pulled-up a glued down bamboo floor from a concrete floor, removed all residue of glue, and disposed of bamboo floor. Removing the glue was a labor-intensive, manual process.
