I have no problems with anything we’ve ever dealt with them. I’m happy with the service. They are very convenient. Their inspection and their oil changes, you don’t need an appointment. It’s like a quick service. They have a nice waiting room and they get you in and out quickly. I would definitely use them again.

I've used them for 10 years. They're great. They're very good. They're honest. They're helpful. It was recommended to me by a former mechanic. Their price is very fair. Everything about them is good. I won't go back if they weren't. Why would you go to the same place for 10 years if you weren't satisfied?

Honda also calls for spark plugs to be replaced at the same time -- and that WASN'T included! I had specifically asked for all of what was needed at 100K to be completed. The price without spark plugs was significantly higher than our local shop (where we normally go unless something is needed that only the dealership can provide). Ugh!!!

They were always really professional, and they are always very honest and upfront about what needs to be done. I never feel like they try to get me to do anything extra. They were very clean, and very acceptable.

We think their prices were reasonable, and that is for us to just go with their service and not go somewhere else. Their customer service is excellent. They are always on the lookout for maintaining your vehicle and making recommendations that are needed, but not necessarily overly expensive. They are close and it has allowed us to maintain our cars.

It's very easy to get appointments and they do good work and are efficient. They have a nice waiting room and offer shuttle service. They have special offers and coupons.

.They were honest and have fair pricing. They will not try to make you get repairs that are not necessary.

The oil change was completed satisfactorily, however it took a while before the service rep Yomerys, came to get me when it was done. When she did, it was to tell me that they had found three other things that needed to be done: New engine mount ($179), Ball joint arms ($820), inner tie rods ($200), plus an alignment ($80) if the either or both the last two were done. Luckily, I got a second opinion and a third. The other two mechanics who looked at the car (2002 Honda Odyssey) agreed that the engine mount was indeed broken, however they could detect no issue with the tie rods or ball joint. Clearly Commonwealth either has very bad mechanics or was deliberately trying to defraud me. I got the engine mount replaced elsewhere for less and won't go back to Commonwealth. That's a shame, as I bought 3 cars there and had all of them serviced at Commonwealth since I bought the first one.

They did all the research and gave me a loaner car. They were wonderful. They are the best dealership around. I haven't bought a new car yet, but I will be from them! They are great! They are also great because they will deal with the manufacturer directly so that you don't have to. That sets them apart from the rest of the competition around here!

THE SERVICE REP MADE SURE THAT THE REPAIRS WERE DONE UNDER WARRANTY (ANOTHER DEALER HAD DEMANDED I PAY FULL PRICE). THE 7500 MI CHECKUP WAS AFFORDABLE. IN ADDITION, THE REPAIR PERSON FOUND A MINOR, BUT POTENTIALLY PROBLEMATIC, ISSUE WITH THE TIE ROD. THEY URGED ME TO DO THE WORK WHILE IT WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY. BEYOND THAT, THE OFFICE WAS INCREDIBLY EFFICIENT. THE DOORS OPENED PROMPTLY AND THERE WAS AN "ASSEMBLY LINE" OF PEOPLE MAKING SURE THAT THE LONG LINE OF CARS WAS PROCESSED VERY QUICKLY. EVERY DRIVER'S SEAT AND FLOOR MAT WAS PROTECTED WITH PLASTIC AND PAPER. WHEN I SAID I WAS GOING FOR COFFEE, THEY OFFERED A SHUTTLE BOTH TO AND FROM (!) THE SHOP. THERE WERE A NUMBER OF ISSUES WITH THE CAR AND I EXPECTED TO BE THERE ALL DAY. I WAS OUT IN THREE HOURS WITH THREE PROBLEMS REPAIRED, THE CHECKUP COMPLETE, THE TIE ROD PROBLEM EXPLAINED WITH GRAPHICS, AND THE TIE ROD PART ORDERED. IT IS WORTH GOING THE 30 MILES!
