All Day Junk Removal

All Day Junk Removal was very friendly and easy to work with. Called and spoke to someone right away. A man was sent to the house immediately to give an estimate. Communication A+ and an estimate was provided over the phone. Initially their estimate was a bit higher than another I received but they quickly beat that price and broke down the Play set and hauled away that day. Would definitely recommend.

The two gentlemen that showed up were professional and informative as to what could be recycled. They work very hard and moved some heavy items efficiently and quickly. Nice guys, great attitude and hard workers.

Overall the job went well. They team showed up on time and removed everything very carefully without hitting or scratching any walls. They were polite, super fast, and very careful. My only very small complaint is that they came without tools to take apart something even though they had told me over the phone they'd have tools on hand.

They did the work well, except for a heavy armoire. The two workers were unable to move it from second to first floor and I don't blame them at all, it was too heavy / too bulky. They told us that they would come back with one more guy to do it in the next two business days, and call their office to know when they would come. I called 5 times, left two messages, they never answered nor called back. I finally spoke to an employee. She wrote my phone number, told me they (one of the manages) would call me back, they never did.

sucked. his helper couldnt make it so my son helped him and did most of the work. he refused to take a 19" old television and a small remote air condotioner without a 25 dollar fee for each when my son did most of the work.

They were punctual, professional, and quick.

The demo went great! Sam and Jose were professional and worked hard. They were very punctual. They worked quickly and dilegently.

An All Day Junk Removal employee personally inspected the junk and premises at a property owned by an LLC that I manage and quoted $280, which was agreed to and prepaid. All Day Junk said they would return to finish the junk removal the next day. The next day, All Day Junk called me and said they had completed much of the job but it would be $580, more than the double the original $280 quote. Since no one from the LLC was able to be immediately on site to handle the situation, we did not think there was much we could do and All Day Junk charged the LLC another $300 in addition to the prepaid $280. To their credit, they said they included a sweep of the cleared areas, but obviously we would prefer if they can stick to their original quote.

Good guys, good job. Definitely hire again!

All Day Junk Removal lived up to its name by picking up and removing my old mattress within 1.5 hours of my first call to them. The two workers were friendly, cordial and capable. I was pleased with this service in every way.

A driver from the company, Jose came by later than 2pm. This was disappointing. However when Jose came he apologized and got to work. Jose did an unbelievable job, taking the pile of junk from the basement and garage. Jose carried out a file cabinet single handily. Strong guy! Afterwards Jose swept the garage floor clean. Now my car can finally go in the garage before the snow starts! The job was finished under 2 hours. Jose did a terrific job! Thanks Jose.

Not good. We were the victims of a bait and switch. Told price would be $250 or $300 max. Was very disappointed as we wanted to help a local business. All seemed ok but a price should not be doubled. Always get a written quote, lesson learned.

excellent!  We couldn't be more pleased.  they were quick, thorough and professional.

It was okay. It was fine. They were on time. They helped me get all the stuff that I wanted out. The price was fair. They came and took an estimate of what I wanted out. They told me what was my range. I think they gave me a discount. They even took more than I expected. They took more stuff than I wanted out. I was like, "If they take more stuff then I'm going to have to pay more." They took it anyway. That saved me big time. Everything was smooth. Once they were done they told me that they were done. The communication was good. The service was good. This was the first time I used them. I would tell a friend or a family member to go for it. The customer care seems to be fine. If I had some more stuff that I wanted to get rid of I think I will use their service again.

I must have called a half dozen places for snow removal off the top of my roof.  Everybody is busy this time of the year with another 12" expected over the weekend,  I reached out to All Day Junk Removal.  They called me back.  Said they would be out the next day.  And they were.   I got an estimate on how much it would be and it was very reasonable.  Two guys got on the roof and went straight to work spent a little over 2 hours making sure all the weight of the snow was off the roof.  They asked if everything looked good which it did and off there were on to their next job.  Unbelievable crew with great service.  I use them all the time for junk removal too!!  
My only problem now is I can't see out my side window with all the snow. lol.  That's not their problem, it's mother nature on full.
