ALBRITE CARPETS INC

We went to Albrite Carpets on the recommendation of our next-door-neighbor who had used them and found them to have very good prices in comparison with other stores closer to where we lived. When we went it, John was very helpful and quickly pointed out carpets that went well with the pillow covers that we had brought in. I noticed that he did not point us to the most expensive products there, but to a mid-quality, which was what we wanted. He also checked and found that at least one item was on sale. One carpet came in in a timely way, but apparently their supplier had just run out of the other one, so it took longer, but that wasn't Albrite's fault. It all worked out fine and was a very pleasant experience overall.

They have supplied all of my carpet cleaning needs for the last 30yrs.
Cleaning quality is very good and the job is always done on time.

They were prompt, courteous and very accommodating.  We had removed all the smaller furniture from the room and they moved the larger pieces, cleaned the rug and then and replaced the furniture, placing foam pads under the sofa legs,etc. to protect the carpeting from dampness.There was a spot in the carpet which they removed, but it reappeared when the rug dried.  We have a small matching area rug at the foot of the staircase, and they included that with the runner.

They are fantastic and accommodating.  Their prices are reasonable and they are terrific.  There were no comparisons in terms of price.  They did it quickly and were accommodating to my schedule.  I will continue to use them in future.

My dogs ruined my bedroom carpet and they helped me decide on which carpet was best for my needs.  They ordered it and installed it within 1 week.  They also bound 2 additional pieces to use as scatter rugs.  Great job!!!

I went to their store and bought the pads from the sales person. Everything about them was fine. They were courteous. They were fair and the quality of their product was fine. I will use them again in the future.

Very happy with the service. They helped to unload and load the 9x12 rug from my car. The work was done on time and the cost seemed reasonable.

The store salesman was excellent so our experience started well. He spent considerable time helping us select the kitchen floor material. We told him that we have an old house and the kitchen floor is not flat or level, which is usually not a candidate for laminate flooring. The employee who look came to measure said the area would ok for laminate. They would fill in any low spots will floor filler. I removed to old vinyl flooring and the 1/8" plywood underlayment and discovered some low spots (about 1/2 inch) in the high-traffic areas of the original wood flooring that lay underneath. We pointed out those low spots to the installers. After they finished, it was clear that they did not use any floor filler in these low spots because the floor sank when stepped on. At first, they said they were not going to do anything about this until we got firm. So they took up the flooring and added the filler. After a few weeks, we discovered that one of the low spots did not get enough filler because it has a bouncy feel. We did not have them install shoe moldings because of the complexity of the situation (e.g., seven doors). The gaps they left between the floor and the base boards varied widely so we had to use different size moldings. In summary, the workmanship of the installation was unsatisfactory. However, we are happy with the flooring itself. It looks great, but you can't get it very wet.

They picked up the rug, cleaned it, and returned it a week later. This rug was top quality cut pile, light in color, and very dirty from years of use in a teenagers bedroom. The cleaning really revived this rug. It seems an excellent way to go if the rug/carpet is good quality, but needs a thorough cleaning. I think the cleaning is better than you can get with in-place cleaning. I think they can do wall-to-wall as well, but I am not sure about the uninstall/reinstall.
