Brian Filial is nothing but a con man who will lie, cheat, say what you want to hear, manipulate, never answer a question directly, never accept responsibility for his crew’s chronic and costly mistakes, and do whatever he needs to do to take your money in exchange for sub-standard work, no work at all, or, in our case, both.  My wife and I were victimized by this unscrupulous individual when we decided to build our dream home.  We contracted Mr. Filial for his services in October 2010 and, after one full year, the house is framed, roofed, and the windows have been installed – that’s it!  He simply stopped working in April 2011 after we trustingly paid him the bulk of our new construction loan with promises that the remainder of the house would be completed in a timely manner.  (When we signed the contract, we were told we would be in the house by May.).  We have since terminated Mr. Filial for breach of contract, but now realize that we were the victims of a well-planned and thought-out scam. Don’t make the same mistake we did.  Avoid dealing with this con and his crew of hacks at all costs or you will live to regret it.

I Couldn't be happier. It never fails that when doing small construction projects you are going to encounter unexpected issues. Brian and his crew are aways able to deal with them and resolve any problem. I like the piece of mind I get knowing the finished project will exceed my expectations. Brian has done many projects for me over the years and I have always been satisfied with the quality of the workmanship. I know I can rely on him and his crew for any constuction needs large or small. Although my floor project was a small job compared to the projects they were currently working on, they scheduled me right away and the job was done quickly.
