DiMeco's Nursery & Landscape

From the beginning to the end, Dimeco's was excellent.  They were prompt with communication both through email and phone.  Dale provided some excellent advice on the landscaping around our house and offered us several suggestions for walkway designs complete with brick samples.  Because of how late we booked in the fall we weren't expecting to get a walkway until spring, but Dimeco's carefully monitored the weather and scheduled us in late in the season, assuring us that once they started the job would get done.  And they did.  The final installation was beautiful.  We had a horrible winter (5 feet of snow most of the time) and the job they did stayed beautiful and perfectly level.  When we turned our sprinklers on in the spring we hit an issue, and Dale and co were out in no time to fix it.  We were worried they would be busy with all the spring work but they went out of their way to immediately come and resolve the issue - literally within a day.  We will definitely go to Dimeco's for all of our landscaping work in the future.  They are amazing to work with and they do beautiful work.

They're professional. They get the job done. Their service is there for what they're advertising, and all around good experience from setting appointment to then coming in a timely fashion. It's just basically being on time, being accurate with their services and we're going to do XYZ and XYZ got done.

I haven't gotten the bill yet for the work they did but I know what the quotation was for something we didn't actually engage them to do the whole thing.  I would say their cost is probably moderately high.  They kept on asking for feedback and consulted us on what they were doing.  They had good creative ideas of their own but listened to what we said as well.  The work looks terrific and they are going to be doing some more.
