About us
Well Done Landscapes LLC offers full design/build service of paver walkways, patio, retaining walls and entertaining areas as well as the creation of foundation plantings and garden areas. In addition our property maintenance division is led by a 15 year veteran of the industry who is fully licensed for all your pesticide and fertilization needs. Our construction division is still lead by John Rocharz who is also the President of the company he brings 13 years of Hardscape and Masonry design/build expertise. We employ one full time office manager and will employ up to seven additional employees during our peak season. We offer a full training program along with constant job shadowing to new hires and mandate that all employees engage in continuing education and that they become certified in their fields as they move through the ranks. We are active members of the National Association of Landscape Professionals as well as the Snow and Ice Management Association. In addition to these associations we are also certified for Hardscape installations under the Interlocking Concrete Paving Institute and are a certified Belgard Installer.

Our property maintenance division offers full fertilization and pest control services (gypsy moth caterpillar, dethatching, flea, lawn grading and renovation services, mosquito, mulch installation, overseeding, patios, paver walkways, planting design and installation, pruning, spring and fall cleanups, the installation of stairs, tick and grub)
