John Rocharz  [508 496-1315] owner of  Well done landscapes was involved withe the details and what needed to be done and spoke with our sub-contractor Chuck ODonnell  [781 603-7562 - [email protected]] as work was being done. john didn't understand how it happened and chuck asked him if he ever did this work in the winter before and John said no, we never had such a warm one where he could work this long in the season. Chuck advised him that the lines were blown out in September when he closed the pool for season and they were empty. John wanted to have someone come in and look at the pool which we agreed to. the man came in and looked around the pool area and wanted to to start up pool. I asked him not to because I was worried about the water level in the pool [low] and the motor plus my husband was not home and I know nothing about the pool itself. The man seemed very upset and left. I spoke to John about it and he said the man was upset and would not come back as he was doing it as a favor for him and he was very busy. Chuck finished the job and I called John to come back to replace the pavers.  he said they would be out after Memorial Day weekend.  they did come and placed the pavers however they had no sand on the truck and would be back. I again called John and he said they would be out the following day but it  would be around 7PM because they had to finish a job they were working on. I again called John and asked him nicely if he forgot us and he responded nicely that he had and the men would be out. They did not come and my husband noticed that when they replaced one of the pavers by the skimmer that a piece was broken off in the corner of the paver and they just put the piece over the top. I called John again  [and got his voice mail ]  to see when they would be coming with the  sand and told him the replaced  pavers they were lower than the rest because sand was needed under and around them. I also advised him about the broken paver around the pool. Saturday I received the letter from Chuck saying that he sent John the invoice 3 times and had not received the payment from the work he did in JuneI also have a message on my answering service from Indian head water transportation. They filled  the pool after the repair. I have a call into them now and have a feeling that he did not pay that $ 330.00 bill also .  I will let you know as soon as I Hear from them. John advised that it would be paid by him personally [to keep his insurance from going up] or if it was too much he would put it through his insurance co
