I called Craig at Superior around 9am - he called back right away and told me he could be to my house that afternoon. I texted him my address and he was there at 2pm. He was able to perform all of the service I needed in a little over an hour.

Took 2 days to get a return call, then the appointment he booked 5 days out from there I needed to rescedule, he told me would call me back and never had the courtesy to do so... Very unfriendly on the phone and not very Interested in his customers.

Excellent, no pressure service. We discussed replacement of door in the future. Not only was I not pressured to replace the door but he recommend repair. For $120 I should get a few more years use from my existing door. Will definitely use them again whether for repair or replacement.
