Come mid-June I called for the install date as I had not heard from them, and I was told they were behind schedule and could not be done till mid-August. Was not happy. There was no notification of the delay ahead of time, had there been I could have contracted with another company. Then come early August called to find out install date, and was told it could not be done till mid-October. Told the salesman that was UNACCEPTABLE. After 4 emails with no respond I finally called the salesman to ask for my money back with interest for 4 months they had my money. I was told a check would be sent the next day. 2 weeks went by - no check. So I called the salesman to say I was pursuing LEGAL action. Only then did I get a check BUT only my original amt. - no interest. Very deceptive practices, very unresponsive, very unprofessional !

We had to wait a little bit longer than we would have like but that's because SE fence was very busy and the rainy month of June put them a little behind. We had to wait approximately 7 week for the install but once they came it went up very quickly. Their installers were great and very friendly. They did an amazing job and even wiped their finger prints off the fence before they left. The fence is very high quality and even though we received quotes for cheaper from other providers, we are glad we went with SE. The quality is unmatched and they manufacture their own vinyl @ their Lakeville location. Paul @ SE is a very nice man and its a family business. We will definitely use them again for the rest of our fencing needs!
