Excellent, very thorough and he did a great job of explaining everything! I’d highly recommend Sherman Home Inspections.

Bob was awesome and I would highly recommend him! He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. I know his inspections are longer than some others, but I prefer someone that has tons of experience and is going to go over the home with a fine tooth comb when I'm going to be making the biggest purchase of my life. The seller was there for parts of the inspection and was being passive aggressive about Bob being so detailed, but I loved Bob's reply "I'm working for my customer". My only recommendation - I wish there was a digital copy of the report (vs. hand written), but at least there was digital photos.
