My no good very bad experience! This is my recent experience with Sullivan Brothers Toyota, my sales person, sales general manager Sofiane, and general manager Andy. I recently traded my car in for a lease. I was told I would receive 0.001% apr rate, $1K cashback, they would give me $14K for my trade ($5K for payoff, $9K downpayment). Sofiane sales general manager said I was a rent to own situation because of my substantial down payment. I should have listened to my gut. It was telling me something was off! On their website I could have lease the vehicle for $3,199 down, $334 a month for 36 months, or financed it for 60 months at 3.9% or 72 months at 4.9%. What actually happened: They ran my credit twice for two hard inquiries dropping my credit rating. Sullivan Brothers called me 12 times in one day and my insurance company several times. After reviewing my contract what was agreeded to verbally and what I agreed to to get me into a new 2018 Toyota Highlander and out of my 2014 Subaru Forester was for Sullivan Brothers to give me the accessories found on my Subaru ( remote start, clear laminate bra, wheel locks, rear bumper protection, extended warranty) at the rate of 0.001% with my trade value of $14,000, and $1000 rebate. I contacted Sofiane sales general manager to discuss my experience and a text message from my sales person " April I gave you everything you asked for to help you and gave you eand I get a bad survey in return!!! I almost lost my job BC you gave me a bad survey that I didn't deserve everybody is done helping at this point no one caused this but your actions". Sofiane sales general manager in a hostile tone told my patronage is not welcome after my survey response and I should find a new dealership. I followed up his response to make sure I had a clear understanding and he said Sullivan Brothers would do what they agreeded to. I contacted Toyota Customer Care for assistance to mediate and help resolve my issues. Toyota Customer Care contacted Andy Sullivan Brothers Toyota general manager on my behalf requesting a meeting after my phone calls and emails were not acknowledge or returned. I guess after they contact me 12 times in one day, break the contract as the lease agreement states $5000 will be sent to Cresent Bank, and only sent was $4,372.11 for the pay off of my Subaru. I guess Sullivan Brothers does not feel obligated to return a call or email. If Sofiane the sales general managers makes the statement of Sullivan Brothers will give you everything they agreed to, as he told me don’t believe it! I have not received a return call or email for a sit down meeting to help me understand my lease agreement, the difference of $627.89 for my payoff, my down payment, and the said equity I have. I feel violated, disrespected, unheard. . . .Is it because I’m a woman?!?!?!

Stay away!. Had communicated with the internet salesman exactly what we wanted in terms of payment and money down on a lease.. He assured me that was reasonable, so we made the trip over there. Once there, they couldn't even come close to the deal we wanted. When I stated that the internet sales guy thought our numbers were reasonable in the online message, the salesman told us that his job is just to get us in the door. In other words, his job is to lie and waste our time. When we told the salesman we had already been to another Toyota dealer, but preferred to deal closer to home, he repeatedly asked if we'd really gone there in person. We felt we were being accused of lying. When showed the ad and the quote I had from the other dealer , the salesman and manager both bad mouthed the other dealer and claimed it was a scam - that we would be wasting our time going back there. We did go back to the other dealer and ended up with exactly the two year lease we wanted, Sullivan started at $389 / month payment, and then tried to get it under $200, still $50 a month more than the other dealer. Why then the original $389? Just an attempt to sucker us? It's establishment's like these that give car salesman a bad name.

I don't think anyone ever thinks they got an and quot;excellentand quot; price on a car, but we felt that we got a good price. But the best part of our experience with Sullivan Brothers is that they didn't use all the old-school, sleezy car salesman tactics. We were treated like the intelligent adults that we are. We had been to several dealers before Sullivan brothers and we told them all that we didn't want to play games. We had done our research on the car we wanted and we knew what our bottom line was. We wanted to minimize the negotiation process and save everyone's time. Sullivan was the only one who took us at our word.



One other note: many of the dealers we used had websites and advertised no-hassle internet pricing, but none of them actually honored their statement. Instead we were hounded for months via the internet from every sales person we contacted online!

The customer service was fantastic! As a dealer, they are prompt and the service charges are very competitive with the local companies. They are a great outfit and I've had wonderful experiences with them! They had the local bakery in the waiting area, with coffee and pastries. They've got the family touch there!

I really liked their service because I bought a couple of cars from them, so I always have my cars serviced from them. They are quick. Their prices are pretty reasonable. One thing I have always noticed that they don't try to push the services or things if the car doesn't need. They don't try to up sell. It is a dealership, so it is a little bit pricier than probably somebody locally is; but I can trust them to do my car right. The quality is very good. I am in and out pretty quickly.

It went very well. I was positively surprised with the final price because it was only $49 for the total repair. I usually don't spend more than $100, so I was very pleased with that. It is more out of loyalty because I have been using them for 3 or 4 years and I bought my cars from them. I appreciate that they go the extra mile with customers that are loyal.

They gave me options for the sunroof and we opted to have it siliconed shut. I trusted everything they told me and it was a very satisfactory experience. They did not charge me for the sunroof consultation at all. I suggested that they do an electronic evaluation and they suggested that I not do it, that it wouldn't really help much.

It is a good atmosphere to wait for your car. They try to make you feel very comfortable. They have different amenities for hot chocolate, coffee, tea, etc. They also provide a tray of muffins and donuts. The wait is never long. You go in and they tell you how long you will be waiting for the service and it is usually as long as they say. The quality is good.

Sullivan Brothers Toyota makes a very nice waiting atmosphere when you have service done. They have coffee and breakfast. They also offer a courtesy shuttle to get you downtown. The customer service is excellent and they follow up to make sure you're happy. The price was too high, though.
