The company arrived on time.
They went to the basement first, opened the water valve (slowly) to the irrigation system. Then did the same on the exterior water valve. Next, they checked the irrigation system and assessed its functionality (plugged in, replaced battery, setup schedule for watering grass, etc.) While that was going on, another guy was checking the heads (7 damaged from snow plow).
I received a breakdown of items needing attention. Because I had a 10% off coupon I applied it to the suggested repairs. If I was settled in the home already, I probably would have replaced the heads on my own.
Overall, great experience. Would definitely hire them again.
