The repairs went along alright. He did a lot of extra work and led me to believe it was included in the job and at the end he gave me a charge much larger than I expected and did not give me a chance to negotiate. He also stole a ladder from me. The big thing he did not honor his guarantee to come back if the roof leaked and the roof did leak and he did not come back. Stay away from this guy.

Paul ran the crew with precision and all were very professional. They had to fix holes in the roof caused from tree damage during the blizzard. The Insurance Co was a bit late with the settlement and Paul stood by his original quote. His quoting was fair and he did not take advantage of the situation.  They ended up replacing roof boards, shingles, roof ridge, etc. They matched the existing roof shingles perfectly. There was no mess and they were done in less than 2 days. We didn't have to do a thing.

They have two stores and crews. They do work well together. They are knowledgable, skillful and fast, they are good workers and I have no complaints. They found an add on to the house and charged me more for the extra repairs. They were still less than other estimates that I received. They had to repair the flashing on the chimney.
