Richard is a true painting professional! While my job was relatively small there was a lot of detail which he handled flawlessly! He is great communicator (something lacking in many contractors these days) he quickly followed up on my calls and fit me into his schedule relatively quickly. His work actually was less expensive than his original quote. I would definitely recommend Richard for any interior painting job (large or small).

Richard has painted the entire interior of our new home including trim, the kitchen cabinets and the stairs. He has also remodeled our half bath and put up shiplap. Richard is meticulous, knowledgeable and fairly priced for the outstanding quality of his work. Richard is punctual,professional, friendly , easy to get a hold of,and our dog and children love him! He also offered great color consults. I can’t go back to any other painters!

Richard has done several jobs at our house (interior, exterior painting and exterior window repair, the latter two last year), so we knew we would be getting top quality work. Richard delivered as expected. Great attention to detail with the painting and the repair work (one would not know there were repairs). If you are looking for high quality work, very fair prices, a communicative contractor (answers texts at all hours) who cares about the outcome, then call Richard. A big plus is that he is a genuinely nice and pleasant person.

This was our first time using a professional painter. It was a big expense for us, but we really wanted to update our 1970s house we just bought. We got a few quotes that were equivalent to Richard's. We decided to go with Richard because he was the most accommodating schedule wised. Richard and his assistant Cathy was friendly, respectful, and hardworking. The rooms turned out beautifully, even better than we expected. We definitely would use Richard again.

Richard did a great job repairing damaged ceilings, and covering up old water stains, and then painting three ceilings, one of which was a very large room. He was careful with my home, taking care to cover rugs and furniture, and helping me move breakables to other rooms. He came when he said he would, was professional, and very reasonable in what he charged. I would definitely recommend him, and hope to have him do more work for me.

I found Richard Myles on Angie's list and chose him because he was near my home, had good reviews and was responsive to my inquiry. We hired him to paint our kitchen cabinets and, like most projects, it turned into a few little extras like minor wall-ceiling repair/paint, etc. Richard is professional, courteous, trust worthy, shows up on time, communicates well and keeps the project moving along and on budget. There were no hidden cost surprises at the end of the project. He does a high quality, beautiful job and I will hire Richard again in a heartbeat.

We called Richard for an estimate and he came the next day and that night he emailed us his estimate which we thought was fair. He brought another painter with him, Erika, to help with the big rooms. She was also excellent. Richard did a great job and was very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend him.
