Excellent, excellent service! Billy is professional, knowledgeable, courteous; all around good guy and great exterminator. I've been using Aacute Pest Control for all of my critter issues (termites, ants, wasps, etc.). I wouldn't use anyone else!

I called several providers to come out the the house for a free quote. The owner, Roy, came out to do the initial inspection and quote and was very detail oriented when it came to explaining the procedures and issues. Even thought they were a little more expensive than my other quotes, I chose Accute based on the level of service I felt that they provided and the fact that Roy was the one coming back to do the work. Roy came back to my house quickly to do the initial application and called for follow up appointment as promised one month later. He also installed several more mouse bait stations than we discussed for no additional charge. I will definitely use them again next year for my yearly maintenance and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We suspected that we had a critter problem of some sort in the house when we discovered dog food being hoarded in a closet, mice droppings and bird seed in the basement and some chewed up wood in the basement. Roy came out to the house less than 24 hours after I called and rapidly diagnosed the problems as mice and a possible termite colony. He was excellent at diagnosing the problem and came up with solutions that are not only cost-effective but are completely tailored to our critter situation. He setup the mice treatment on the spot and we have setup an appointment for him to come back later this week to do the termite treatment. Very pleased with the response, the service and the solutions matching not only the problems but the budget.

He comes out every quarter and sprays around my house. He is prompt and punctual. He completes his work quickly. My overall experience with him has been good.
