The overall experience was painful. He is non communicative and non punctual. The initial demolition went fine. The electrical sub contractor was excellent. The sub for installing the flooring was excellent. And that's were it stopped. The drywall people he hired did a poor job aligning new to existing walls. Base board had to be fixed. Ceiling board was installed with out removing the original causing a very visible mis alignment between new and old ceilings. Painters were okay. Installation of cabinets though visibly okay, are not properly aligned. A 42" cabinet had to be cut to fit, a mediocre job done. Initial installation of countertop had a 1" gap between range and countertop, fixed okay. He did not update gas connection for the range. Floors were finished before installation of all appliances, installation of range caused a gouge in the floor. He drilled the wrong center to center distance for the hardware cabinet. Glass in the mullion door was poorly installed.

Very unresponsive and unreliable. If he calls again one day, we will definitely decline as he has clearly shown us that we cannot rely on him and I am worried that the same will happen once the work begins.

He showed up late and never called. I didn't live in the house, so I had to meet him over there which made it inconvenient for me. I don't think he has the best customer service oriented personality. The work was average and I wouldn't use them again. He installed the wrong type of medicine cabinet than what I wanted.
