They were an invaluable asset and an instrumental part of completing my rehab project. They were extremely helpful and responsive in walking me through the paper work of getting a construction loan, developing contracts for developers, and making sure the work was complete before payments were released to the contractors. They were a true advocate of my interests, and I would have been lost without them. I highly recommend their services.
