I have worked with many plumbers and contractors over the years, and the Mechanical Solutions team provided the highest-quality, best service I have ever received. I initially hired Mechanical Solutions to disconnect a gas dryer, and cap the line. The team did they very well. Then, when it became clear that we could not get the old washer/dryer out of the door because the bathroom had been renovated after the machine was installed, I hired them to remove a part of our door trim/frame to get the machine out. This was a tricky job (we live in a very old house), but they did this with such skill and precision that the door worked better when they put everything back together than it ever did before. I will be using Mechanical Solutions for all of my future plumbing and renovation needs. They have a highly-skilled and nice team.

John Douglas came when I called him in desperation and took care of it in jiffy, and charged me a very reasonable amount. I was very grateful!

They were prompt. Their pricing was good. Their workmanship was outstanding. They were here when they needed to be and everything got done on a timely basis. On my part, it was a little bit late on getting things ordered and coming in, but they worked around that. The furnace job was pretty complicated because they took out two different furnace systems and then put in a high-efficiency furnace and coupled everything together. They took out a lot of piping and put in some extra zones. Even the people from the gas company, when they came and saw, thought that was pretty outstanding and were pretty happy with it. The kitchen job was outstanding. It was a complicated installation because the kitchen was not plumbed at all and it is perfect. The cabinets are just perfect. Everything is perfect as it could get. I am going to be using them again. They are going to be putting on a double deck for me in the spring.

He is local and just lives right across the street. He was prompt and we chose him because we had seen some of his other work and were happy with what we saw. We also wanted to support a local business.
