The way they treated me was terrible. The service was terrible. His roofers almost injured another crew working on the side of the building by throwing loose shingles with nails over the side of the home. They laughed about this when I confronted them. He pitched the shingles so that the drip line did not go to the gutter. He refused to fix these issues. He threw away the electric de-icing system and never asked about this before doing it. He never responded to the building inspector about the work that was done.
