They were very good, kind and patient in what can be a very stressful endeavor. Paula Callaghan was so thorough, and ensured I understood every step of the process. She is very knowledgeable about the JP/West Roxbury/Roslindale area, although the agency conducts business in more areas than just these.
Paula walked me through all the steps, helped calm nerves when needed, and was very grounded and professional through each step. The purchase was a much easier process by the positive and kind attitude of the staff.
As I went through the process, I came to rely on Paula's honesty and clear goals. I would use this company again, absolutely.
