Maryanne Resendes

We used Maryanne in 2003 to buy our first place in Jamaica Plain. The whole process went very smoothly and she went above and beyond to help us locate a place in our price range, get our bid accepted, keep us informed every step of the way,and promptly return our phone calls. She was never pushy and she listened to us. She also had a great sense of humor and was clearly knowledgeable about every area of Boston as well the surrounding areas. She was a professional in every sense of the word, so naturally when it came time for us to sell our condo in 2008, we were hard pressed to find a better agent. And again Maryanne wowed us with her ideas and expertise in staging,rennovations(were had to redo the bathroom prior to selling), interior design, which repairs we needed to make prior to selling, and her ability to get a word of mouth going about our place. After selling our place, we rented for a year, and sporadically looked for a house. Maryanne was very patient with us and sent us MLS listings via email so we could watch the market. When we were ready to seriously look in the we called her again. We recieved daily emails with listings from mls as well as her picks for potentials from the listings.We talked about neighborhoods and what might be the right fit for us. And yet again, we were not disappointed. We found our house, fell in love and she got our bid accepted. We will always reccomend Maryanne to everyone we meet who is looking to buy or sell property. She actually made the process fun!
