Lynn shepherded us through the process of finding and buying our very first home with extreme professionalism, enthusiasm, care, and attention to detail. She took the time to explain the process going in and guiding us through the process all the way to closing. She is highly competent and was able to offer great advice while always being careful to not overstep her area of expertise and referring us to others if needed. She surrounds herself with the best of the best (inspector, lawyers, etc) and is a keen project manager handling every aspect of the ever complex homebuying process. Lynn sold my sister her first home and helped her sell years later, in the most difficult market in recent history and then helped her find a dream home her growing family could grow up and old in. Lynn perfectly met our needs and matched our personality, I came to consider her a member of my family through the process knowing she always had our best interest in mind even if it meant dedicating over 5 months to help us find the perfect place, in the perfect location, at our exact price point. I cannot overstate how amazing Lynn is and how lucky we feel to have found her and our beautiful home. 

I liked that she was able to sell the condo in the Spring. They re-painted everything, but the colors were wrong. We changed the lighting and had the floors done. We held an open house, and we sold the house in two days. I would rather not disclose the selling price, but I was happy that she got 2500 dollars above asking price. I can tell that Lynn is very talented.
