Jason from KeeneyHutch was very easy to work with. I was very concerned about budget, not wanting to overspend based on my expected sale price on the property. Jason negotiated with me on the budget to figure out what I was comfortable handling myself, and what his team would handle.
His team worked quickly and efficently. The entire project took slightly longer than expected, but this was mostly due to coordination on my end. I designed the ikea kitchen myself, and picked up the items. Unfortunately, not everything was correct, and Jason's guys had to wait for me to make a few return trips to return and get the correct items.
Overall they get an A from me, but I give them a B for some of the finish work. I had Jason come back to finish a couple of things at the end, and I did end up handling a couple of small items myself. In addition, there were probably a couple of minor things I would have asked him to look at if I had to live in the place - for example, the quality of the bathroom grout work, but it wasn't worth the effort at the time to bother him with it.
In the end, I was quite happy with how things worked out. The condo sold in less than a week thanks in large part to the work that KeeneyHutch put in.

He stayed in budget. There were so issues he confronted but he consulted me and stayed in budget. I was very pleased. He was on time always and staying on budget was important to me. The price was reasonable.
