Came on time; did a rushed job. Was supposed to use Pratt & Lambert paint but used something called "Lifetyme" - the cans did not designate whether it was interior or exterior paint. Did lousy prep work, did not do all they were contracted to do. When doing multi-paned windows did not replace glazing where needed. Broke two window panes and claimed they were previously broken (untrue). Was supposed to return to fix up what they hadn't done. Promised to come back "tomorrow" for several days (tomorrow never came).
